This is one of my favorite playlists, ever. It's groovy and chill and makes me melt when I practice yin yoga. Sometimes I listen to it for a dynamic practice, and the slow pace reminds me to take deep breaths and find stillness, even in movement. I also listen to it when I'm going to sleep, and when I'm traveling and need to find some inner peace. I love it. Listen to it. I am currently taking a little break from island life to visit my parents in Montreal, Canada. While here, I've had the pleasure of teaching a couple of workshops at Yoga Shak Montreal, a gorgeous studio filled with positive energy. I brought some tropical vibes here with me from Thailand and led a two-hour One Love Vinyasa session, moving to the beat of some of my fav reggae tracks.
