This is actually quite an old playlist of mine, but I unearthed it this morning for my practice and I'm super glad I did. It's mellow enough for a gentle hatha class or even yin, but at the same time worked perfectly for my morning vinyasa flow. It's got lots of instrumental tracks and is light on vocals which makes it a great playlist for teaching also. This playlist will encourage you to focus, find presence, and surrender.
