2014 has been, by far, the best year of my life. It had its fair share of challenges, to be sure, but each one has taught me a valuable lesson, and helped me follow my path. I wanted to finish the year by paying forward some good vibes, so on New Year's Eve I led a fundraising vinyasa class, payable by donation - all the funds raised are going straight to the Koh Tao Animal Clinic, and our amazing vet, Jae, who takes care of all the animals on the island. She spays and neuters all the dogs and cats to keep their populations under control, and provides medical treatment to any animal that needs it. She also offers her help to any westerners who move off the island/ out of Thailand, and are responsible enough to bring their furry friends with them. All in all, we owe Jae and the clinic a LOT and so I was thrilled that our amazing community of yogis donated over 7000B to support the animals. Check out the time lapse of the practice above, and if you want to make a donation to the animals, email me to find out how!
